For Wigs, Hair Pieces and Headwear; Returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date due to supplier restrictions. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, damaged, coloured or cut, they must also be in the original packaging. For Hair Care Products; Items must be unopened and in original packaging. If item is returned in good condition and untampered with, full refund (excluding delivery) will be processed as soon as item has been delivered back and approved (you will receive email updates of these stages).
