Our adventure began in the charming town of Prestatyn, where our commitment to hair loss solutions and quality wigs quickly earned us a loyal clientele. The overwhelming success of our first salon inspired us to expand, leading us to the vibrant city of Chester.
Our initial step into Chester saw us setting up shop in Hoole, within a cozy, intimate space that soon proved too small for our growing family of clients. This prompted our move to a larger location, bringing us closer to the heart of the city.
For the past two years, we have proudly operated out of Tudor House, one of the oldest and most historic buildings in Chester. This iconic location has not only provided a beautiful setting for our salon but has also deepened our connection to the rich heritage of the city.
Being part of the Chester small business community has been an incredible experience. We have had the pleasure of working alongside many amazing local businesses, forming bonds that extend beyond professional relationships. This community has embraced us, and we have fallen in love with the spirit and camaraderie that defines Chester.
We are thrilled to announce that we have some exciting news on the horizon regarding our Chester salon. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow and bring even more exceptional services to our wonderful clients.
Our solutions include: Wigs (NHS and Private), Toppers, Hair Integration and Human Hair Extensions.
You will be required to book a consultation ahead of time to try on and explore our solutions. We do not accept walk ins.
We offer hairdressing in private spaces for any individuals who are uncomfortable or cannot attend standard salons.
We also work alongside Hair Reborn Charity to offer free haircuts to post chemo clients as there hair grows back.
Alongside our specialised hairdressing, we also offer standard hairdressing with our Alfaparf Master Colourist and Hair Extension Specialist; Sara Rose.
Appointments are currently only available on Fridays from 9am to 6pm.
We have a resident Trichologist; Emily Atherton who holds a Trichology Clinic at our salon every month.
These consultations are aimed at finding our the cause of your hair loss and working towards finding a medical treatment.
All our wig fitters are also fully qualified hairdressers who are trained in wig colouring and cutting.
This means they are not only able to find you the perfect piece, they can also customise it to your exact needs.
On the first floor of our Chester salon we have a Training Academy. This is where we offer hair loss training courses to hairdressers from all across the UK.
This space is also available to rent for other training courses.

Primarily based in Prestatyn, Sara is now starting to work days in Chester to build up her clientele here. Our hair extension specialist and master colourist.
